Deep breathing helps your body release toxins, reduce anxiety levels, reduce inflammation, improve digestion and help you feel more relaxed. At least once or twice a day, spend some time consciously deep breathing. Breath through your nose down into your belly, and then exhale through your mouth.
Deep breathing also helps release endorphins and bring fresh oxygen to your cells. Schedule a specific time for deep breathing. You want to get into the habit of doing some deep breathing at the same time everyday, so it becomes part of your routine.
