 Both you and your husband/male partner should spend 15 to 30 minutes each day outside in sunlight, as some studies have shown that lack of sunlight can cause a deficiency in Vitamin D, which impacts infertility.

Take walks, or just put some chairs outside and sit for 20 minutes. Many studies have revealed that lack of sunlight can cause male infertility. Exposure to sunlight also stimulates the pineal gland, which increases serotonin, a chemical that produces good feelings in the brain.
